Up for sale is an authentic, estate-acquired vintage cord-bound scrapbook album featuring a wood-grain finish cover with a sailboat lithograph print inset.
Inside, the album contains a collection of over 180 original vintage greeting cards dating primarily from the 1930s and 1940s. The artwork leans heavily into cute children’s, baby, and toddler birthday designs, along with Easter, graduation, and holiday cards (including vintage toddler Christmas cards).
Condition Details:
Cards: Overall in good pre-owned vintage condition with bright, vibrant colors and no major tears. The vast majority remain attached to the album pages. A few cards have unglued over time and are loose, and a small number show minor corner creases/bends from the album pages closing slightly askew over the years.
Album / Binder: The corded lacing, spine, and hardcover boards are sturdy and structurally sound, keeping the collection well-preserved.
