Unrestored set with excellent external cosmetics and free-moving mechanics. Fountain pen lever moves smoothly with no frozen parts, pencil lead propels and retracts smoothly and writes well.
White dot is inset on TOP of pen cap.Cap lip is free of cracks.One fin on the back of the nib is chipped.Pen measures 5 3/8" with cap.Nib serial number reads 0718657.Full patent string imprint on pen body:PAT.AUG.25.08, FORT MADISON, IA also measures 5 3/8". Pencil is marked as gold filled.
Pearl segments in good shape, pencil is brighter than the pen.
The fountain pen is unrestored and will require a new ink sac to write. I have not attempted to use or restore the pen. Please review pictures carefully and feel free to reach out with any additional questions!
