Vintage pair of Dog Chalkware, one is Wall Hanging Plaque Cute For Sale

Here we have a pair of adorable chalk dogs, one is a wall hanger and the other is a sleeping puppy. The wall hanger has a chip out of the back, but you don\'t see it when it is on the wall. The other is marked on the bottom in pencil Ft. Smith Arkansas. I wonder if it was a commissary gift sent home to a loved one?
