  • The audio pot was replaced.

  • Vacuum tubes were checked and the defective tubes were replaced with NOS tube.
  • The tube base sockets were cleaned or replaced if needed.
  • A new polarized electric cord was installed.
  • Electric wires in bad condition were replaced.
  • The dialing mechanism was completely disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. The dial cord was replaced.
  • Finally, a complete alignment was done following the manufacturer\'s instructions. It is working properly in the two bands: AM and FM.

Although this radio has been restored to its original specs, it is still a vintage radio with vintage technology. At the time it was manufactured it was not subject to the RF interference that is generated today from flat screen TV, computers, cable modems, LED lighting devices, etc. Careful placement of the radio may be necessary to minimize audio interference.

This radio has been fully restored; however, it is still a vintage piece of equipment that may eventually fail, so it is sold without a warranty. Items are carefully packaged.
