Can be hung from wire onback - wire carrying handle on top - opens from the back.This is an old 1980s home decor bird carrier - onceadorned with flowers, ivy, and little resin birds - someof it still remains. It was painted green but that paint israther chippy now. This could be hung just as it is now -- butalso makes a great project to beautify or update. Dimensionsare 16\" x 11\" -- approx 18\" high to top of handle.
