Our Item Condition Scale
We carefully evaluate our unique pre-owned and vintage pieces using the following guidelines:
- EXCELLENT Very lightly used, close to new condition.
- GREAT Normal wear for its age; free of chips, cracks, or crazing.
- GOOD Shows possible signs of use, such as utensil markings, fading, worn fabric, no chips, cracks, or crazing.
- FAIR Displays visible imperfections, but structural functionality is fully sound.
- CRAFT May features dents, bends, or worn plating; perfect for creative projects or repurposing.
- REFURBISHED Individually restored by hand to bring the piece back to excellent condition.
Note on Vintage & Antique Items: Silver-plated items may show gentle wear appropriate for their age. Due to the delicate nature and age of antique porcelain, minor crazing can sometimes develop during the temperature shifts of transit.
Our Return Policy
By purchasing this item, you kindly agree to our store returns framework:
- Inventory Control Features: All original inventory ink marks and security stickers must remain entirely intact and unaltered on the merchandise to qualify for a refund.
- No Partial Refunds: To ensure fairness, we do not issue partial refunds. Items must be returned in full for a standard refund processing.
Why we do this: As a small boutique business, protecting our inventory integrity allows us to keep prices low and counter policies manipulation (such as keeping items while demanding refunds or misrepresenting damage). Thank you for respecting these security safeguards so we can continue offering unique items to our community!
