Vintage WEAR-EVER Cast Aluminum Fruit Juicer. Made in USA For Sale

This hand-press juicer is from the 1930\'s, and belonged to my Italian grandma and was passed down to me. You put your cup (must be a small narrow glass) right under the spout to catch the fresh juice. It works best on citrus fruit. It has a aluminum strainer, so it will catch large orange/grapefruit seeds, but will let pulp and tiny seeds through. It works best juicing 1/4 or 1/2 of an orange at a time. It can\'t handle hard fruit like apples without grinding them first and wrapping them in linen (like they do on a larger scale to make apple juice and cider). I\'ve always loved this press, but rarely use it and I\'m only letting it go to a new home now for decluttering purposes. The aluminum is very clean, and fully usable right now. Don\'t expect to get 100% of juice out of any fruit, that\'s not what this simple kind of press is for :)
