Vogue Paris Original 1451; ca. 1965; Pierre Balmain - One Piece Evening Dress. Double layers of flared skirt gathered to fitted, sleeveless bodice at waistline. Shaped band around neckline, bias bands either side of center front bodice fastening. Velvet ribbon sash. Narrow underskirt.
