It’s a made-in-USA Number 9, 10-ounce hammer.
Overall length is about 11.5 inches and total weight is11.8 ounces.
I would describe the condition as good to very good, there is a bit of wear and a few paint matters evident, but the finish overall is in good condition. Some very minor resting on one or two faces, original blue paint on the head is bright and shiny. There are no splits, dents or scratches on the wood. You can see from the photos that the original labels have worn away from the handle, but the USA label on the head is still intact.
