Vintage Val St. Lambert Cobalt Blue Crystal Wine Decanter Early 20th C. 17\" For Sale

Vintage Val St. Lambert cobalt blue crystal wine decanter featuring an embossed silver overlay neck collar. The crystal is likely Belgian, while the metal filigree was often crafted by the Delheid company in Brussels. From the Art Nouveau period early 20th century. Vibrant cobalt blue exterior cut away to reveal clear glass underneath, typically in geometric or starburst patterns. It includes a heavy, matched cut-crystal stopper with the same brilliant cut-to-clear geometric design. There are silver markings on the neck collar but too small for me to decipher. Looks like 8.0, then a circle, then the number 1.
