Vintage Ulster USA Model 580T Old Timer three-blade pocket knife. This is an early American-made Old Timer pattern dating to the early era of the Old Timer line.
The knife features three traditional carbon-steel blades, brown textured handles, nickel-silver bolsters, brass pins and the classic OLD TIMER shield. The tang is clearly stamped “ULSTER / USA / 580T.”
This is an honest, well-used vintage knife with plenty of character. The blades show patina, oxidation/spotting, scratches and evidence of previous sharpening and use, as expected from a working pocket knife of this age. The blades have some wear and steel loss from sharpening. Handles and shield present nicely for their age, with normal cosmetic wear.
A great example for an Ulster, Schrade, Old Timer or vintage American pocketknife collection, particularly because the Ulster-marked 580T comes from the early years of the Old Timer name.
Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. Please examine all photos carefully for blade wear, patina, spotting, scratches and overall condition. Knife is being sold in its present condition and has not been aggressively polished or restored, preserving its vintage character.
