This is a vintage U.S.A stamped pocket knife.
Based on the construction, this knife was made by the Imperial Knife Company of Providence, Rhode Island. This was a lower end knife with thinner blade stock, and with the blades ground only on one side.
Two-blade \"Serpentine Jack\" knife, 3-5/8\" closed.

Each blade has strong snap, tight, no wobble.
Shell-handle \"Crimped Bolster\" construction.
\"Cracked Ice\" type synthetic handle covers have no cracks or damage.
