This mini pennant came from the estate of Donald Rhodes Goodby (1926-2024).
After graduating from high school, Donald Goodby enlisted in the Navy, which sent him to Brown and then Union College, where he obtained a degree in electrical engineering in just three years.
I’m not sure of the age of this pennant. As seen in the photos, there is some discoloration throughout. I haven’t tried cleaning the item.
