No date exists on the brochure, but an advertisement for The Oban Times and West Highland Times indicates post 1929 (when their name changed) and there's another advertisement which indicates incorporation in 1932. A few of the references to 27hp Vauxhalls and Bedford trucks (along with some of the photos of period trucks) all seem to indicate 1930s
see photos for detailed condition. The soft paper wrapper is larger than the interior booklet, so there is some edge wear on the cover. All pages present, but the center fold of paper has separated from the double staple binding - it's still there, just not attached.
