Up for sale is one medal, as pictured. It features Jesus Christ with the prayer, "Sacred Heart of Jesus Have Mercy on Us" on the front, and it is marked with Theda Sterling on the back. It has been acid tested to verify sterling purity silver. It has tarnish/patina from age, but it is otherwise in good, vintage condition and ready for wear. It measures about .75 inches in diameter not including the length of the loop or bale).

Please reference pictures for condition and design. As the shop is mostly vintage pieces, there is occasionally age wear. I will do my best to note anything I see, but I rely on pictures to supplement the description.
I ship USPS First Class Mail in a small white box. Most items go out within a day, barring any Holidays/Sundays. The quarter (or any other measurement tool) shown in pictures is not for sale, and it/they are not included. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. If you have any other questions, don't be afraid to reach out!
