Vintage Stanley Bailey No 6c - Type 16 Plane Restored For Sale

This vintage Stanley Bailey no.6c type 16 circa 1936-1941 It\'s a very nice example of a tunned and functional plane. This plane has been completely gone through and cleaned. The sole has been lapped, the slides were also lapped but still show some original surface grinder marks. The cheek does have a SS on the side. The jappaning is in excellent shape. The iron is the original BB trademark. The blade has been sharpened and honed on diamond plates and a leather strop. The knob and tote have been refinished. This plane is ready to use and would make an excellent addition to your tool chest or in your collection. Feel free to ask any questions
