Vintage Stangl Bird 3599 Double Hummingbird Hand Painted Ceramic VGC Bright Lovely vintage Stangl double hummingbirdbird figure# 35998.75”tall and 10.5”across.
This is a hand painted and well detailed ceramic piece. It has the brown larger oval stamp,and decorator initials and incised 3599. Colors are vibrant, not drab.
This was made from 1941-1955according to the Collectors Encyclopedia of Stangl by Robert C.Runge.
Super condition it is very good, clean and shiny, no chips, cracks or flakes. Has a manufactureanomaly on the base edge (see last 2 pics) and one bird has a brown paint spec underglaze.
