Vintage / Antique Iron American Leather Splitter from St. Louis Made in the USA
This is a gorgeous, old and rare machine mast of cast iron, brass and steel with a wooden handle. Leather feeds through the side and as you turn it meets a blade and is thinned. It\'s designed for smaller leathercrafts such as belts and straps.
The blade could be sharpened as it hasn\'t been used in a long time. It has been cleaned, oiled and kept indoors in a climate controlled environment as a historic piece of an antique leather tool collection.
