Vintage Soviet USSR Kyrgyz SSR Velvet Commemorative Banner / Flag
Original Soviet-era red velvet commemorative banner with gold fringe and embroidered USSR emblem. The front inscription reads:
Translation: “Commemorative banner of the Osh Oblast Rural Construction Trust in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Kyrgyz SSR and the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.”
The reverse side features the Soviet emblem and the slogan:
This appears to be an official Soviet presentation / award banner from the Kyrgyz SSR, likely from the 1970s. Made from red velvet-style fabric with gold-colored embroidery, appliqué details, and decorative fringe.
