Vintage Sheaffer Safeguard ballpoint pens, lot of 2, blue and green with chrome cap and button mechanism.Pen #1 Green body chrome metal cap, pushbutton mechanism. 3/4 inch machined vertical lines on bottomof cap.circa 1940\'s - 50\'s. Bowed pocket clipPen #2 Blue body chrome metal cap, pushbutton mechanism. circa mid 1950\'s - 60\'s. Shorter pocket cllip than pen #1 with squard bottom and Sheaffer name slightly higher up the clip.Both are mechanically sound and in excellant working condition. Need refills. These are scarce and the last of the top button Sheaffer pens before the Reminder Clip was introduced. See photos.
