Vintage Set 8 CUP & SAUCER SETS Federal \"NORMANDIE AMBER\" 1930s Depression Glass
16 pieces total- 8 cups/8 matching saucers
Cup size: 2.25\" high x 3.75\" diameter across top
Saucer size: 5.75\" diameter, saucer has a round indent in center which fits cup
Genuine circa 1930s- these were made from 1933-1940. Please check my store under Vintage Glassware for matching bowls, a set of tumbler glasses, and a set of dishes in this pattern
Gorgeous yellow Depression Glass, this set is called amber as its color- but it is much closer to a honey yellow
Features a stippled, raised pattern of cross hatched trellises and flowers, which alternate and repeat 4 times around the cups
Saucers have a smaller version of this pattern in a double ringed border. Saucers have scalloped edges.
The light shining through these really highlights the raised patterning in a beautiful way
Excellent condition- No nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, damages or repairs to any of the 8 cups and 8 saucers. The glass is glossy and unfaded without any water marks, cloudiness, or signs of use- a fantastic set.
A gorgeous set for display or use, nice for a collector.
Difficult to find a set of this large size in such pristine condition!
