These are getting harder and harder to find… Especially in this condition. These would make a great addition to any collection.
This charming duck and her little duckling were designed by Theodor Skjøde Knudsen of Denmark in the late 50s. They are solid teak except for their bills which I believe is maple. They've got glossy black glass eyes and both are marked . "Skjode Denmark" on the bottom.
Item is used and in good condition. Shows light signs of wear from being displayed over the years but nothing major. Both have had the elastic inside the heads replaced. The larger one has a rubber band as a replacement (see photos). Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
