Vintage SIC Decore Main France Handmade carved resin figure Dutch Woman w/Tulips For Sale

Here is a Vintage, SIC Decore Main France, hand painted and carved imitation wood figure of, I believe to be a Dutch/Holland woman figure, and she is holding an arm full of Tulips. She seems to be very happy, and looking up. Measures - 8 1/2\" tall, 3 3/8\" left to right, and 2 1/2\" front to back. She is in excellent condition, with no damage, and she is very clean. There are two incised markings, - SIC, and a signature of the artist. She is a really great, and HTF piece. Enjoy.
