This Vintage (Rustic) TANGLEFOOT Fly Destroyer Tongue & Groove Wooden Crate is from the 1940s.
These crates were either made in the United States (Grand Rapids, Michigan or Walkerville, Canada (O. & W. THUM CO.) and were designed specifically for the transport of this sticky (non poisonous) fly paper.
Measures approximately 15 1/2” X 9 1/4” X 5 3/4” with scattered darker areas on the box. Originally contained 5 boxes of 250 double sheets.
