This is a vintage mid-century modernScandinavianRoyal Copenhagen Danish blue and whitesix section relish dish or plate in the peacock design, by artist Bette Jessen. It bears her signature logo and is numbered #218 of 1802.It is made ofTenera Fajance and measures 11" in diameter. There is typical crazing under the finish. This has been in our family for more than 50 years in smoke free houses, and as far as I can tell it has no chips, scratches or defects.
