Vintage RED CLAY Woman Figurine Hand Painted Folk Art Peru? Bid Vase Fisherman For Sale

Beautifully detailed tiny sculpture was created with red clay and hand painted. It is signed with a fish shape, I don't know who made it or where it was made. It looks like a piece from the 1970s. Some crazing on the hat as shown. It is in very nice condition and measures about 3 1/2" tall.
