Offering a vintage medium sided putzhouse that features a loofah tree and most exceedingly a brown compositioncar in the driveway. The house ispainted a bright pink that is highlighted with mica glitter. The roof is blue and white and highlightedwith mica glitter. There is a small roofabove the front door. The tall loofahtree on the left side has split as seen in the pictures. There is a cardboard slotted fence with fenceposts. It’s printed front door has beencrushed in and I am not sure but I think that the front windows may have beenreplaced at some time. It measures 6”wide by 3 ½” deep by 4” tall. It is notmarked on the bottom, but the bottom shows wear, and it may have rubbed offover the years. On the bottom, you cansee the wire that holds the car in place.This piece is showing it's age somewhat - a little dusty and some browning. Photos of ornaments always include a photo of 4 sides plus the top and bottom and may also include any special features of the ornament. Supersize themwhile you are examining the photos.
Pleaseremember that vintage ornaments are usually from 40 to 80 years old. All have been used and are thus probably notgoing to be in perfect condition. Allare subject to some surface scratches, flaking to the paint, crazing of paint,age spots, oxidation, silvering loss, nicks around or under caps, may havetarnish / discoloration to metal caps, and some may not have the original caps. These are all signs of age ~ commonly called agepatina.

Shipping & Packaging: I package with 20 years of experience- if anything, I over package. I always look for the least expensive methodof shipping to save buyers money on shipping. The shipping cost is clculated by USPS according to box size/weight and your location. I do not charge anything above that price, not do I add a handling fee. Delivery confirmation is always included. I also combine multiple items inshipping whenever possible - just let me know that you are planning to offer onadditional items. Shipping should bequoted at the top except for items weighing over 1 lb., then there should be ashipping calculator for your use - if not, please e-mail for shippinginformation. Condition of Items: I am out shopping constantly to bring you the best vintage holiday items I can find.Please keep in mind that vintage/antique items are OLD ~ 50to 100+ years old. Thus, they willprobably NOT be perfect. They may havepaint loss, glitter loss, mica loss, dents, bumps, scratches. They have usually all been used in the pastand thus have the patina of age and use. As with all my sales there plenty of pictures for judging coloringand condition - remember to supersize them for your best view ~ they are partof the description. Because they areitems from bygone days, I cannot guarantee that they are from a smoke free orpet free environment. Every effort hasbeen made to describe the item as accurately as possible. I urge buyers toexamine all photos and descriptions carefully and to e-mail me with anyquestions, concerns, or clarifications prior to the end of sale. If I havemade a mistake, refund is for item price not postage.
Returns: Returns are accepted only if I have grossly misrepresentedthe item. Refunds are for the cost ofthe item only. Return postage paid bythe buyer.
International buyers:Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price orshipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customsoffice to determine what these additional costs will be prior toofferding/buying. These charges arenormally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when youpick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
