Thanks for visiting our store. We carry many different items most of our items are purchased through estate sales we spend time cleaning them up and getting them ready to post. We try to point out any imperfections that we can see. We ask that you please check out our pictures of the item, if you see any imperfections that we have not pointed out or have any concerns we appreciate you email us with your questions or concerns. We ask that if you commit to purchase that you pay within two days we ship out within two days of payments. We also understand there’s new buyers on the market we just want you to understand that it is very important if you commit to buy that you pay within a timely manner. If you do not pay within a week will open an unpaid item on the item that you committed to purchase. This does affect your response and buying power. Some sellers do not sell to customers that have unpaid items.We ask that if you have any questions or concerns after receiving your item that you contact us immediately so we can resolve the issues. Occasionally during shipping items do get broken, we ask that you take pictures of the shipping box and all the items in the box that are broken along with the packing material. If your item does arrive broken we will refund you for the item once we receive all photos requested. We also ask that you do not give response until all issues are resolved. response’s are very important to sellers and giving a negative response without having any contact with sellers is unacceptable. Once a postage label is generated a tracking number will be issued to that item you can follow your package by tracking the number that is provided to you on the site. Occasionally it takes packages longer than expected if you do not receive a package within 14 days we ask that you notify us and we will put a tracking request into USPS to find the package. If they do not find the package and notify us we will give you a refund. All larger packages are sent by FedEx and FedEx packages must have a street address no post office box. Occasionally the tracking will say that the package has been delivered and you have not received the item we ask that you contact your local post office, they can help out trying to locate the package. Please add us to your favorite list then you will be notified when we list new items. New items are added regularly. If we are on vacation we will note that on so when you purchase an item it will show up on the purchase. Thank you again for visiting our page
