Damaged/Lost Packages:
- if a package arrives damaged, please send pictures of the box, packaging, and damage to the item
- retain the packaging and item and be prepared to take to the shipper for examination
- once a package is scanned as delivered, it\'s out of our control, we suggest contacting your neighbors, your local depot, or filing a police report
