This is something I have created from years worth of collecting. It measures just around 20” at the outer edge. Each ornament is attached to a tinsel wrapped wire frame by 2 means, wire and glue. It’s one solid piece and very sturdy. I have attached a ribbon for hanging on a hook. Not made for outside use.
