A wonderful piece of vintage Pacific Northwest advertising, this framed fruit label advertises Douglas County Oregon French Prunes packed under the Myrtle Brand by The E. L. French Co. of Myrtle Creek, Oregon.
The colorful label features a branch of ripe prunes along with an illustrated orchard emblem surrounded by blossoms. Additional wording includes “Fancy Evaporated” and “These Prunes Comply With the Pure Food Laws.”
The label is displayed in an attractive ornate gold-tone vintage frame that complements the colorful period graphics beautifully.
