Vintage Ontario Old Hickory & Similar Carbon Steel Butcher Knife Lot – 10 Pieces
Offered is a collection of 10 older butcher and kitchen cutting tools, including 8 knives of various sizes and 2 large meat cleavers.
Several knives have visible Old Hickory markings, while others are unmarked but feature similar traditional wood handles, brass rivets, and carbon-steel-style construction. The unmarked pieces have not been confirmed as Ontario products.

- 8 vintage butcher, skinning, utility, and kitchen knives
- 2 large vintage meat cleavers
- Various blade lengths and cutting profiles

- Marked Old Hickory knives and similar unmarked examples
Condition:
All pieces are preowned and show age and use. Many blades have substantial rust, oxidation, staining, pitting, scratches, and wear. Some handles show discoloration and wear. Cutting edges may be dull, uneven, or require restoration.
These knives have not been professionally restored, cleaned, or sharpened and are being sold AS FOUND, AS IS, for restoration, collecting, display, or parts.
