Vintage Occupied Japan Porcelain Wall Plaques Set of 4 Victorian Man WomanBeautiful coordinating set of four dimensional porcelain wall plaques featuring two gentlemen and two ladies in period clothing surrounded by trees, flowers and foliage.Each plaque has raised, hand-painted details in soft green, blue, pink and white. The backs are stamped “Made in Occupied Japan,” with two also marked “Patent Applied For.”These date to the post-WWII Occupied Japan period, approximately 1945–1952.The set includes all four plaques shown in the photographs. Each has an integrated hanging hole/wire on the reverse.Pre-owned vintage condition. These pieces date to the Occupied Japan period (approximately 1945–1952). All four retain their original Made in Occupied Japan markings on the backs.
