Vintage New York Knife Co. Hammer Brand Walden, Orange County NY Knife Box RARE For Sale

This is a vintage New York Knife Co. Hammer Brand Knives Walden, Orange County, NY original knife box. It measures 3 7/8\" X 2 9/16\" X 1 5/16\". It is for 1/2 dozen # 6469 pocketknives. What I think is really rare about this box is that it states the blades were made by S. & C. Wardlow. S. & C. Wardlow was a cutlery company first started in 1833 in Sheffield, Eng. and later moved some of their operations to Walden, NY around the 1920\'s. They produced knives for different cutlery companies. A nice and rare old knife box in very good condition. Thanks for looking.
