Up for sale is a vintage brass maritime cargo ship lantern, styled after the classic Great Britain 1939 \" Cargo Light No. 3954\" design. This striking piece features a solid brass square body, protective wire crossbars, a scalloped vent cap, and a built-in wire hanging loop.Exterior: In good vintage structural condition with a great natural patina. There are some minor surface oxidation spots and light rust on the protective wire crossbars, giving it an authentic, rustic look. No major dents or cracks in the frame.Glass: All outer glass window panes are fully intact and clear.Interior Condition: Note - The lantern is hollow inside. It does not include an internal glass hurricane chimney globe, nor does it have the bottom removable oil reservoir pot.
