Authentic vintage Native American human hair braid / hair drop.
This is one single hand-braided piece that splits into three braided ends, each finished with brass cone tips and traditional red, white, and green beads. The hair is confirmed real human hair, not horsehair or synthetic.
The braiding is tight and even, showing skilled hand craftsmanship. The beads appear to be wood trade beads, with rolled brass cone ends crimped directly onto the hair — an older construction method.
This piece was acquired as part of a Native American estate lot. These types of hair drops were commonly used as personal adornment or as elements of regalia. No specific tribe is attributed.
