Vintage NOS/ New Old Stock Set off Four Belgium Battenberg Tape Lace Placemats and Napkins - never removed from package. Set of four placemats which measure about 12 by 18 in and four napkins which measure about 18 by 18 in. 100% linen and 100% cotton tape lace - made in Belgium especially for Ed. J. Ahmer. Chicago. Vntage 1960s. Estate find. Plastic bag is still sealed with the original cellophane tape, but I see there is some storage discoloration on the napkin corner lace. The original price tag of $52 is still attached to the plastic bag. The placemats are made of ALL Battenburg lace which is an unusual and rare find.
