A small tear at the top of the front panel going just past the border (see photos)

Item 4 - Niagara Incomparable - The Heart of American IndustryFolds out to 6 panels wide, and then unfolds again to be 6 wide and 2 panels tall (showing map once open). copyright 1928Tour suggestions for multiple days of visiting.Condition - all panels complete with no tears or paper loss. Corners where panels meet on the map are whole and no light comes through. There is more wear closer to the bottom edge with minimal separation in a couple areas where light is visible.
Item 5 - The Grandeurs of Niagara Falls (black cover, silver printing)44 pages, plus coverDate Unknown, but based on imagery, likely from the 1920s or 1930sNo title page or publisher info. Filled with photos and text describing the area and technological advancements/infrastructure.Condition - all pages present and securely attached with staple binding (centerfold layout has the text matching the photo so no pages are missing). There is a crease on the first text page and a small tear on the front cover. There is a small tear around the top staple on the outer cover (which is a kind of construction paper/rag paper style paper as opposed to the interior pages)
