Up for sale is the New Jersey Heritage Cookbook! This recipe booklet was first published in 1975 by PSE&G to commemorate the United States Bicentennial! It is a 29 page softcover cookbook measuring about 9” x 4¼”. This is an early printing of this booklet published in 1977! The cookbook features many recipes of Old New Jersey and includes several color illustrations. As shown in the photos, the cookbook is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling, including a crease on the back cover. The booklet is complete and remains stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has clean pages with a few creases and no writing, rips, or tears. This vintage PSE&G “New Jersey Heritage Cookbook” would make a great addition to your collection!
