This is a vintage Chinese traditional seal paste ink box, produced mid-20th century (1950s–1980s), classic scholar desk stationery for Chinese calligraphy & seal carving collection.

Case Details: Round dark reddish-brown composite wood box with carved continuous Hui-style geometric border around lid opening; lid center embedded hand-painted scenic plaque featuring classic Chinese landscape: mountain peaks, pine trees, drifting fishing boat on river, meticulously painted in multi-color pigment. Bottom of box is stamped with two Chinese characters \"Xian Jia\", original maker mark of that period.
2. Ink Content: Filled with original bright mineral red cinnabar seal paste, moist texture ready for daily stamping use, excellent consistency for stone/wood seal stamping.
