Vintage Mexican folk art miniature featuring a hand-formed burro or donkey carrying a colorful saddle blanket and small fiber-covered load.
The figure is extremely small, with hand-painted details in yellow, red, green, white and black. A small orange paper label underneath is marked "HECHO EN MEXICO."
The exact material is unknown. The figure appears to be made from a lightweight, matte composition or clay-like material with painted details and natural fiber accents. Due to its handmade construction, variations and irregularities are present throughout.
