Vintage Metal Koi Fish Dolphin Pedestal Dish Frosted Green Glass Compote Patina For Sale

Good, pre-owned condition. I don’t see any chips or cracks in the glass, but it does have what appears to be some dried paint on it (not sure if this can be cleaned off?) as well as what looks to be a scratch/wear from age. The metal has a gorgeous patina as shown in the pictures. I’m unsure as to whether this piece is brass, bronze or another metal? Please view all photos for specifics on condition and measurements.
