Add a vibrant pop of whimsical Mexican folk art to your collection with this delightful 4-piece animal musician band, handcrafted by the talented Oaxacan woodcarver Martin Sosa in San Martín Tilcajete, Mexico.
Carved from traditional copal wood and brought to life with exceptionally bright, joyful acrylic paint, this festive ensemble features four charismatic animal characters lost in performance. The set includes a singer with a microphone, a saxophonist, and two guitarists (including one sporting impressive stylized antlers). Each figure is full of movement, sporting the artist\'s signature expressive eyes, detailed patterning, and playful outfits.
Perfect for collectors of authentic Latin American folk art, Mid-Century accents, or unique Southwestern decor.
Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with bright, stable paint. Please note one specific condition flaw: the grey guitarist figure is missing its left ear, This historical wear is common for delicate vintage wood carvings and does not detract from the overall charm of this wonderful ensemble.
