Vintage Heavy-duty 6 inch carbon steel Montgomery Wards USA Meat Cleaver.
Shows normal signs of age and previous use including discoloration, corrosion, and light pitting to yhe carbon steel. Appears to have had a little previous polishing up. Has a crack/split on one side of the wooden handle.
