This is a vintage department store counter top mannequin. Stands 24" tall. Arms move at the shoulders. Some scrapes on cheek and above eye. Spots of finish loss on hair. Crazing on some parts of body. See photos for condition. She will need a stand to display. Her outfit is in good condition. The mannequin is in overall good condition for age. Don't see these beauties very often any more. From a local estate.
