This is a beautiful, vintage mid-century modern hand-blown art glass decanter stopper. It features a gorgeous, rich olive green color with a timeless bulbous shape. It is a hollow-glass design, making it the perfect lightweight replacement piece for a missing top on a 1960s or 1970s art glass decanter such as Rainbow, Blenko, or Bischoff. The bottom features a classic, raw, rough pontil mark, proving its authentic handmade craftsmanship.
Excellent vintage condition. The glass bulb is bright and clear with no cracks. The plug area is smooth with no major chips or flea bites. As a handmade piece, it features a natural, rough pontil scar on the very bottom from the glassblowing process. Please see all photos for details. 3-3/4” long.
