Vintage JKW Bavaria porcelain plate featuring the "Love Story or Courting Couple" pattern, designed in the style of Jean-Honoré Fragonard. The plate has a pink center medallion with a courting couple, surrounded by twelve smaller vignettes of similar scenes on the scalloped rim. The plate is heavily adorned with gold filigree, intricate border patterns, and raised gold dots. Produced in Germany by the JKW (Josef Kuba) firm during the mid-20th century.Four of the plates are reversed printed with the J.K. Decor stamp as shown in photos.
