Vintage Lomonosov USSR Lying Lion Cub Porcelain Figurine | LFZ Soviet Russia For Sale

This beautiful vintage porcelain lying lion cub figurine was crafted by the historic Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ) in Leningrad, USSR in the 1970s–1980s timeframe. This charming 5.5" wide mid-century cub features exquisite underglaze hand-painted details with soft tan shading blending into a crisp white porcelain base.The bottom features the authentic red "ЛФЗ" factory stamp (the red signifying 1st Quality / highest grade) alongside the English "MADE IN USSR" export stamp.A wonderful addition for collectors of Soviet-era porcelain, Russian art, or vintage wildlife figurines.Condition Report:This figurine displays beautifully with an incredible high-gloss finish. There are no major cracks, deep breaks, or previous restoration attempts. It has two minor condition notes typical of age (please see photos). The piece is priced to reflect these minor cosmetic flaws.
