Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Lladró Great Dane Porcelain Figurine (Model #1068), originally sculpted by Juan Huerta. This classic, retired piece features a glossy finish with iconic gray and white harlequin spotting and a subtle collar.CONDITION NOTE (PLEASE READ):
This item is being sold AS IS for restoration or display. As shown clearly in the photos, the tip of the left ear has been broken off and the missing piece is not included. Aside from the ear damage, the rest of the porcelain body, crossed front paws, and glossy glaze are in excellent vintage condition with no other chips, cracks, or crazing. The official blue Lladró stamp is present on the underside.
Perfect project piece for a professional porcelain restorer, or a lovely casual display piece for any Great Dane lover! It is a stunning Lladro example that I have displayed for many years. The broken ear is very hard to see since the porcelain under the glaze is grey. From a pet and smoke free home.
