Vintage figural table lamp titled “Les Cerises” (The Cherries), featuring a seated Victorian-style lady holding fruit. This design is inspired by a late 19th century French sculpture and is a sought-after decorative figural lamp style.
These lamps are becoming harder to find, especially as single pieces.
This example features a beautifully detailed chalkware/plaster construction with original patina and a wood-look base. A striking display piece with classic European styling.

Please note that this item was acquired in a storage unit sale. It was very dusty and I did my best to clean it up prior to photographing and listing however, I feel like you could probably bring out more natural color to it by doing a deep cleaning to it yourself if you’re interested.
